What we process

When you place an order we process your name, billing and shipping address, email address, payment status and order contents. This is necessary to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax and commercial record-keeping duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Those providers process the payment data they need to complete the transaction. Their own privacy notices apply in addition to this policy.

Hosting and security

The shop is hosted on our servers. Access logs may record IP address, browser type and requested URL for security and error diagnosis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

We use only cookies that are required to run the cart, checkout and account. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention

Order data is kept for as long as Austrian tax and commercial law requires, usually seven years.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
