These terms apply to purchases on oceanshirtsnow.com by consumers and businesses. Seller: Pibez Erzsebet Warenhandels GmbH, Arnethgasse 72/18, 1160 Wien, Austria.

Products and contract

The shop offers GOTS certified organic cotton T-shirts in sizes S–XXL. A contract is formed when we accept your order, usually by sending an order confirmation. Prices are in euro and include Austrian VAT at 20%.

Shipping

We ship to the European Union, the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Shipping is a flat €20 per order, plastic-free and tracked. We do not ship outside this area.

Payment

You may pay with Stripe (cards and supported wallets) or PayPal. Payment is due at checkout.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within a few working days after payment. Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Liability for defects

Statutory warranty rights apply. Please write to [email protected] if an item is faulty.

Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a right of withdrawal. We grant 30 days. Details are on the Right of Withdrawal page.

Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Vienna.
