Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. We extend this period to 30 days.

Withdrawal period

The 30-day period starts the day you, or a third party you name, receive the goods. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the notice before the period ends.

Effects

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound shipping charge, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them. You bear the cost of returning the goods unless they are defective. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
